Leadership Advisory engagements with Carlos most commonly work with a virtual retainer model targeting an average number of hours per week that can be drawn upon over the course of a 3, 6, 9, or 12-month period. The average number of hours and duration will be discussed with the individual or team and is always based on what’s best suited for the organization to succeed.
